Eating with a Spoon

Today is day two of our spoon experiment and I have to say it went pretty well. Luckily he's willing to try anything I'm eating at least once -- this morning was oatmeal. Miles pretty adept at getting the spoon into his mouth, but most of the time dumps out the contents before reaching the ultimate destination. We had oatmeal all over the place and decided the only thing to remedy the situation was to rush him to the shower after breakfast. I think we rushed too fast and didn't give him time to (ahem) process his meal and he pooped right on the bathroom rug while waiting for the water to warm up. I nearly collapsed laughing and Jesse had to deal with the fallout. Worth the experiment!
